The John G. Neihardt Nebraska State Historic Project

The John G. Neihardt State Historic Site, (Neihardt Center) located in Bancroft, Nebraska, USA.

The museum features biographical and personal exhibits from the collection of Nebraska Poet Laureate John Neihardt (January 8, 1881 – November 24, 1973) . The author of Black Elk Speaks and Cycle of the West.  The museum needs were for specific items and artifacts to be reviewed.

The photograph is of Neihardt with his bust created by Mona Martinsen Neihardt, his wife.
